Located close to Stonehaven near Aberdeen, the former home of Lord and Lady Coville, Fawsyde House is a privately owned classic Victorian mansion complete with its own folly.

Set in eleven acres of woodland and situated only 20 minutes from Aberdeen city on the A92, Fawsyde House provides a luxurious retreat for that special occasion or important meeting when tranquillity and seclusion are key ingredients.

The house was originally built in 1856 but was bought in 2000 by Debbie and Phil Murray. Initially used as a family home before they extensively refurbishing it in 2008 into a very special house for business and personal use.

On the edge of Kinneff village just south of Stonehaven, Fawsyde House is set in is own private grounds and has a walled garden, tennis court and gothic folly. Easily accessible from the main road it provides ideal privacy and seclusion for confidential business meetings or personal retreats.

The house itself has been preserved in classic tradition supplemented with subtle modern flair throughout to provide a blend of past and present. The result is elegant, yet comfortable.

The range of Reception and Dining rooms provide a wide variety of options for use; be it business or pleasure.

The Study with its grand antique desk and contemporary art collection allows you to reconnect with the outside world with the usual business facilities.

The Library and Winter Sitting room provide comfortable snug retreats with wood burning stoves, open fires, leather sofas and tweed clad chairs, ideal for those quieter moments spent with a good novel; or perhaps guests may prefer to spend time in the games room!

The seven gorgeous designed bedrooms provide luxury en-suite accommodation for 14 guests.

The kitchen has been renovated with modern facilities to cater for a variety of requirements, personal and commercial. French doors lead from the kitchen to the walled garden with large grass areas of garden ideal for al fresco entertaining.
